How much is entry?
Entry is £2 per person (under 18 months are free).
How much are the rides?
Rides range from 2-5
tokens. Child/family rides are typically 2-3 tokens, while the more extreme
adult rides are slightly more.
How much is each token?
Ride tokens can be bought
individually for £1.20 each or 10 for £10 on the day. We also have online
offers of 25 ride tokens for £20, as well as combined entry fee and ride token
offers (if booked in advance).
Do you offer refunds if we don’t use all our tokens?
Unfortunately, we don’t
offer refunds on tokens. However, they can be used on another day at any of our
London Funfair events.
Are all day Wristbands available?
Wristbands are not
available for our events; however, please consider our online ride token offers.
If I book my tickets online, will I need to queue to get in?
Yes, you will still need
to queue on arrival. All visitors are admitted on a first-come, first-served
basis at a slow pace to avoid congestion inside the venue. Please note that
other members of your party cannot queue on your behalf.
Am I guaranteed entry?
If you book your admission
online before you visit, you will be guaranteed entry. You can also purchase
tickets at the door, but we advise you to arrive as early as possible to avoid
disappointment.
How long is entry valid for?
Entry is valid for the
whole day.
Are any of your rides suitable for those with access needs?
Unfortunately, none of the
rides are suitable for those with access needs, such as requiring the use of a
wheelchair. Please consider this when booking ride tokens as all bookings are
non-refundable.
Are there concessions for carers?
If you are a carer for a
person with access needs, you will need to provide evidence of this on arrival
and you will be offered free entry. Please note that all persons with access
needs will still require a standard ticket for entry, which can be purchased
online or at the door.
What are the age restrictions for the rides?
Our rides are restricted
by height regulations. We recommend checking height restrictions before
purchasing tokens for a particular ride.
What if it rains or we experience bad weather?
Our event is entirely outdoors, so we may need to take certain
precautions when adverse weather could affect the safe operation of some
attractions. For example, strong winds might require the closure of some
attractions. This can happen at short notice, and we regret any inconvenience
caused as the safety of our guests and staff is our top priority.
How will I know if the event is closed?
Although we rarely close,
we advise all customers to check our social media pages for any announcements
regarding closures.
Can I use cash and/or debit/credit card to pay for tokens and entry?
You can use your
debit/credit card or cash to purchase ride tokens and pay for your entrance
fee.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, you are welcome to
bring your own food or picnics. However, please be advised that we cannot
permit any glassware, knives, or alcohol.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Unfortunately, no alcohol
is allowed.
Are London Funfair events accessible?
Yes, our London Funfair event's are designed to be accessible, with flooring that can generally be navigated using wheelchairs or mobility scooters. However, we recognise that accessibility needs can vary, and we are here to assist in any way we can to ensure your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

- There are ramps throughout the event to safely cover cables, so some areas may require additional caution.

Do you have parking?
Unfortunately, we do
not have designated parking at our events. However, all of our locations are
close to public transport.
How do I find something that I've lost ?
Please speak to a member of staff at our ticket office on site as soon as you have lost something. Alternatively you can email us at info@london-funfairs.co.uk
Can I take photos/videos?
Yes! Take lots of
photos and share them with your friends and on social media. However,
commercial filming and drone flying are strictly prohibited at our events. If
you have any commercial filming or photo requests, please contact us for
permission via email at info@london-funfairs.co.uk
What security measures do you have in place?
We have a team of fully
trained SIA certified security staff on site at all times. We conduct bag
searches, so please be prepared for this. You may also be asked to open bottles
of liquid for inspection. We will perform pat-downs and body searches (by female
staff where appropriate) if necessary and use hand-held metal detectors.
How do I amend my booking?
We cannot process
refunds, exchanges, or alterations to online orders at the check-in desk. If
you need to amend your booking or reschedule for a different date, please email
us at info@london-funfairs.co.uk with your Booking Reference No. in advance of your arrival, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds on entry tickets or tokens.
